Katie Fyall and Anna Peterson dominated at No. 1 doubles, but it wasn’t enough for the Lady Dogs to overcome a strong Columbia Falls team Thursday in a Northwest A dual.

The Wildkats pulled out a 5-2 win on their home court to stop Whitefish’s winning streak.

Fyall and Peterson teamed up to defeat Smanatha Gilk and Kaylee Flanigan 6-0, 6-1.

Heather Luedke rallied to top Molly Schmit in three sets in the No. 3 singles match.

Whitefish travels to Libby on Saturday to face the Lady Loggers and the Polson Lady Pirates.
