Whitefish girls beat out Libby in a Northwestern A dual Saturday, but fell to Polson at the event.

Whitefish was 5-2 over Libby and went 2-5 against Polson.

Against Libby, No. 2 singles Makenna Benbrook and No. 4 singles Cassidy Grady both defeated their opponents.

On the doubles side, Whitefish had a clean sweep with three doubles teams winning in two sets.

Against Polson, No. 3 singles player Annika Gordon was able to defeat Pirate Hunter Tamcke in two sets.

Whitefish’s No. 2 doubles team of Katie Fyall and Anna Peterson defeated Polson’s Taylor Rost and Shawna Lenz in two sets.

Whitefish heads to Libby this weekend for the Northwest A divisional tournament.
