Hospitality training comes to Whitefish
The Daily Inter Lake | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 10 years, 1 month AGO
Local businesses, large and small, are invited to take advantage of customer service training in Whitefish.
The 406 Hospitality training will take place June 4 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish.
The course is offered free to representatives of local convenience stores, lodging properties, visitor information centers, outfitters, museums, restaurants and any business greeting visitors to the area.
Business owners, managers and front-line staff will benefit from the training, which is custom-designed for Montana hospitality providers.
406 Hospitality will focus on different ways service providers, specifically those in Montana, engage with their guests. The training will teach attendees how to promote their community, region and state; mend guest concerns; and refresh themselves and their organizations.
Attendees are encouraged to bring brochures, flyers or information to share about area businesses and attractions. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion.
For anyone unable to attend the course, the training is also available online, titled “Lost and Found Montana,” at www.montanasuperhost.com.
Pre-registration is required. For more information or to reserve a space, contact Dylan Boyle at 862-3390.
