SANDPOINT — A Bonner County child sex abuse case is deepening and widening.

Adam Michael Pugh was arrested earlier this month on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct for allegedly carrying on a sexual relationship with an underage girl over a four-year period.

Pugh was free on $100,000 bond until he was arrested again on Wednesday and charged with seven counts of producing and possessing sexually exploitive materials for taking photos of the teen naked and engaged in sex acts in 2012.

Pugh’s former wife, Kathryn Leanne Howard, was also arrested on Wednesday and charged with one count of lewd conduct and five counts of producing and possessing exploitive materials.
