Book reading Saturday at Well-Read Moose

Meet Coeur d'Alene author Judy Waring as she reads from her just released, self-published, children's book, "Jack the Cat Burglar and His PURRty True Tale" on Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at The Well-Read Moose, 2048 N. Main St., Coeur d'Alene. Waring, along with the book's illustrator, Carol Muzik, will be in attendance to celebrate their book's release during the bookstore's one-year anniversary event. "Jack the Cat Burglar and his PURRty True Tale" is Waring's first book. Muzik is a publishing consultant and the author and illustrator of the award-winning book and short film "Raising Lucy."
