POST FALLS — Post Falls Police officers say they found methamphetamine, heroin, drug paraphernalia, items used in robberies and stolen credit cards inside a stolen vehicle occupied by four Spokane residents Monday night.

Three of the four occupants were arrested on multiple charges.

The driver, Scott Edminster, 25, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without privileges.

Ariel Czapiewski, 26, was charged with providing false information to a police officer.

Jeanysa Ridley, 18, was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and providing false information to a police officer.

Police responded to the Down from the Attic business at 2700 E. Seltice Way at 6:30 p.m. after activity beside a vehicle was reported as suspicious.

"The reporting party further advised that the suspicious person was changing clothes and pacing back and forth," a police report states.

When an officer checked on the license plate, the Chevy Impala was reported stolen in Spokane.

"Officers found heroin, meth, ski masks, bandannas and a BB gun that looked like a 9mm pistol," Post Falls Police Capt. Greg McLean said. "They appeared to be up to something. We've sent the information to Spokane detectives to see if any of it matches with a rash of robberies that they've had."

McLean said the suspects don't appear to be tied to any robberies in Kootenai County, based on the initial investigation.

PFPD K-9 Andor assisted in the investigation with a narcotic sniff of the vehicle and bags inside.
