Diane Williams, an 11 year member of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, puts the knitted cap and mittens Justin Guan, right, picked out for himself at the annual give away on Tuesday, November 10, at Head Start in Kalispell. Williams has knitted 2,200 hats. She makes her with the pom-poms on top, it is a visual cue which hats are ones she made and it always makes her smile to see them being worn.
