DOVER — A Priest River man was arrested early Wednesday morning for aggravated driving under the influence morning after overturning his car on U.S. Highway 2 and injuring a passenger.
Idaho State Police said Caleb James Nichols was westbound when he lost control of his Chevrolet Cobalt. The Chevy compact left the north side of the highway, struck an embankment and landed on its top.
One passenger, Tiffany A. Peterson, was ejected and taken to Bonner General Health, state police said. Peterson, a 22-year-old from Priest River, was not wearing a seatbelt and was taken to Bonner General Health for treatment, ISP said.
