Free holiday dinners offered at two sites

Restaurants in Bigfork and Kalispell invite the public to free community dinners on Thanksgiving Day.
n Pocketstone Cafe in Bigfork will host its sixth annual Community Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving Day.
The dinner is free; the cafe welcomes those who cannot or would prefer not to celebrate Thanksgiving on their own.
More than just a meal, the Pocketstone Cafe offers a true Thanksgiving experience with a sumptuous menu and a cordial atmosphere. The menu includes soup, turkey, dressing, potatoes, yams, vegetable and dessert.
Reservations are requested for those who would like to attend by calling 837-7223, since seating is limited.
Three seatings will be available: 11 a.m., and 12:15 and 1:30 p.m. If space is available, walk-ins will be accommodated.
Food preparation, serving and cleanup are done by community volunteers and the food is donated by the cafe and its suppliers. For those who are able and choose to contribute, a donation jar will be available. All contributions will be given to the Bigfork Food Pantry.
The Pocketstone Cafe is located at 444 Electric Ave. in Bigfork.
n Sykes’ Restaurant in Kalispell invites everyone to its annual Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
For more than 40 years, the diner has welcomed the community to come and enjoy a traditional feast among the company of friends and neighbors.
Delivery is available for those who are unable to come to the restaurant. To arrange delivery, call 257-4304 by Tuesday.
