Columbia Falls speech and debate team placed second in the Kalispell Regional Speech and Debate Tournament behind Whitefish and just ahead of Loyola.
“I’m very proud of all of the kids. We’ve got some hard work to do to gear up for the rest of the season,” Tara Norick said. There are strong, balanced teams in Whitefish and Loyola making for a close competition every week. In honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, the team will take a brief hiatus before they travel to Whitefish Dec. 5.
