Shortly after midnight on Sunday, Kalispell Police Department responded to the Kalispell Regional Medical Center emergency room where a man was being treated for a stab wound after someone in a car dropped him off. The person calling in the report said he or she saw a man get out of a car at the ER when a truck pulled up behind the car and a man yelled, “I’ll kill, I want my (expletive) money,” Police tracked down the approximate time of the assault and contacted a store manager where the assault may have taken place for access to surveillance video. The suspect was iudentified as a 44-year-old male, and his vehicle was located at a church in Evergreen shortly after 2 a.m. The suspect was located around 5:30 a.m., taken into custody and searched.

Don’t know what to make of this, but a guest at a Kalispell hotel reportedly received 500 packages in other people’s names, then boxed them up and shipped them off to unknown locations, according to a hotel employee. It’s too early for Christmas, and too far south for the North Pole.
