Ronan’s Zeke Misa had a great game this past Friday night in the Chiefs’ loss to Deer Lodge. He caught six passes for 182 yards and three touchdowns in the pass happy Ronan offense. He also returned a kickoff 91 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter.
The sophomore utility player has been all over the field this year. He is the punter, a receiver, and has run the ball as well. He also is in the backfield for kickoffs and plays defense. He has five interceptions throughout Ronan’s eight games so far this year.
Through eight games, Misa has piled up 478 yards through the air for seven touchdown catches. He has also ran for 137 yards and three touchdowns, and has three kickoff returns for 147 yards and a touchdown. To top it off, he threw a touchdown in Ronan’s game against Florence.
While Ronan has been knocked out of the playoffs this year, Misa’s contribution to the young Chiefs bodes well for the team in coming years.
