SANDPOINT — An arrest warrant is being issued for an Athol woman accused of operating a bootleg off-road vehicle park.

Kathleen C. Bryngelson failed to appear in Bonner County Magistrate Court on misdemeanor public nuisance charge earlier this month. She also failed to appear in court on Friday to answer to a disturbing the peace charge related to the Twisted Mud ’N Crawl off-road park, but a warrant was not issued in that case, court records show.
