Man asks deputies for help locating home

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a man who had lost track of his home on Reese Court in Libby. The man said the trailer was missing and he was unsure of where it went. He was suspicious that the landowner may have removed the trailer because he was behind in rent.
A dispute over a lawnmower caused rumbles in the neighborhood on Avenue B in Libby after a woman reported that people kept driving loudly by and peeling out in front of the home of the man who had sold the lawnmower.
Whitefish Police Department took a man to jail after a woman reported that two men assaulted her on Wisconsin Avenue. The woman said the men had been drinking and that one of the men had a machete.
Officers responded after a business on Baker Avenue reported that a belligerent male had been in the store three times harassing people after staff refused to serve him.
Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies responded after thieves made off with a 12-pack of Bud Light on Montana 209 near Bigfork. The culprits were caught on a videotape that was given to deputies.
A woman was told she would have to pay for a vehicle to be towed and disposed of after she reported that it had been on her property for 10 years.
A 24-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy got into a drunken fist fight on Elk Springs Lane. They reportedly punched each other and walls during the fight. One of the men lost consciousness but regained it.
A person on Overlook Trail near Kalispell reported that they had lots of stuff in the back of their truck, but that thieves had only taken a tool box and a 30-pack of beer.
A man at a business center on Montana 35 reported that someone had taken his truck for a joy ride and left the tank empty of gas. The truck was minimally damaged.
Deputies found a legitimate worldwide cellphone distributor at a hotel on Montclair Drive, after staff reported that the guests had several boxed models of the latest iPhone. The guests had a trailer backed up to the window of a meeting room and were allegedly throwing boxes into the trailer.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly beating his mother in the back of the head and shoving his 12-year-old sister onto a chair and throwing a CD case at her.
A man leaving a storage unit on U.S. 2 spotted four men in a truck with bolt cutters get out of a pick-up truck and cut the lock off a unit. The men ran off with the broken lock when they saw the witness. The witness secured the unit with another lock and called for police.
Officers could find no evidence a weapon was used on Gordon Avenue after a man reported that another man came into his house covered in blood with a gash on his forehead. The man allegedly walked away from the homeowner, got into a Suburban and left.
Kalispell Police responded after a man reported that his son had a marijuana pipe on Second Avenue East. A woman did not want to press charges after two men walking on Appleway Drive with beers spat on her.
A woman on First Avenue East found a stray ferret, captured it, and decided to keep it until an owner could be found.
Columbia Falls Police had to cancel a tow after a woman showed up to move a truck that was reported as having gone off the road and curb. The truck’s lights were on, but no one was around until the woman arrived and moved the vehicle.
