Whitefish volleyball sweeps Frenchtown

Whitefish senior Allie Schulz had seven kills and 18 assists to propel the Lady Bulldogs to a Northwest A volleyball victory at Frenchtown on Thursday.
The Lady Bulldogs (2-3, 1-1) fended off a Frenchtown (1-3, 1-1) rally in the third set to go home with a 25-19, 25-19, 26-24 victory.
Cailyn Ross had seven of the Dogs’ nine stuff blocks. Ellie DeWan led with 13 of the team’s 35 digs.
It was strong night serving with Whitefish picking up 11 aces in the short match.
Whitefish is back in action Thursday at Polson.

Rehberg to attend rally for Jesus statue
