Brandishing of pistol prompts man's arrest

SANDPOINT — A Bonner County man was arrested Wednesday for threatening a teen with a semiautomatic pistol during an altercation in Sagle earlier this month.

Cameron Allen Doney is charged with a aggravated assault, a felony. He made an initial appearance via video feed from the Bonner County Jail on Monday.

District Judge John Luster set Doney's bail at $7,500 and Doney advised the court he will obtain private counsel, court records indicate.
