Peace Corps volunteer returns to Whitefish High School

Emily Joy, a Peace Corps volunteer, shows students at Whitefish High School how to make Chipa Guazu, a staple of daily in Paraguay, on Friday, September 25. Joy is currently midway through a 27 month commitment to the Peace Corps and serving in Paraguay. She spoke with the students about reasons to consider serving in the corps like compassion, and the life and educational opportunities. She also shared a slideshow of her assignment thus far.
