The Ronan and Polson tennis teams got their seasons started this past week. 

As a team, the Polson girls won all of their duals, while the Polson boys won three out of four.

For the girls, Marlee Congdon and Mollie Lemm both went undefeated throughout the weekend. Natalee Wheeler and Tessa Nunlist played together on Thursday and were 2-0, then separated to play a few singles matches Saturday.

For the boys, Colin Kenney also went undefeated. He won two singles matches and two doubles matches, playing with Quaid Harlan. Cadis Chowning and Matt Sitter also went undefeated on Thursday as a team, then split on Saturday as Chowning played singles.

On Thurday in Ronan, the Chiefs took care of Darby, defeating them 5-1. Fisher Shima won is first match of the season, as did Colton Roullier. In doubles, Ethan Blevins and Coleman Taylor also won their first match of the year.

For the girls, Breanna Turpin defeated her opponent, as did Hannah Moss and Morgan Brooks. In doubles, the Ronan singles players paired up, but lost both matches to Darby. However, as a team, the Maidens still won the dual 3-2.
