Christopher Dalluge, 43, a lifelong resident of Moses Lake passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at home. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Moses Lake Presbyterian Church, 1142 W. Ivy Street.
