DUNCAN: 'Politically unencumbered'

We fully and completely endorse Leslie Duncan for Kootenai County Commissioner. She has the education, background, commitment, integrity and ability to make a needed difference as a Kootenai County Commissioner. Leslie is honest, politically unencumbered and will represent the residents of Kootenai County in a very transparent way. We need representation that will serve “All” the people and Leslie is that candidate.
