Kathleen “Kathy” Frank, 74, Moses Lake resident passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. Viewing will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Grape Drive Chapel, 925 N Grape Dr., Moses Lake. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Guarding Angels Cemetery, 2595 Road L NE, Moses Lake.
