More than $10,000 in college scholarships will be awarded at the state program.

The program will take place in the Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum. Local DYW participating include Megan Yorgesen of Mattawa, Wendolyn Rivera of Othello, and Ellie Thyssen of Warden.

The judging panel will be Pam and Victor Renard, of Kennewick, whose daughter Nicole was Washington’s winner and national program winner in 2013; Megan Weed, Seattle, runner-up for Pullman’s title in 1993; Nicole Flansburg, Palouse, an active Whitman County resident and Crissy Greenberg, Tumwater, first alternate in Pullman’s 2001 program.
