Man killed in ATV crash identified

The Flathead County Sheriff and Coroner’s Office has released the name of a man who died in an ATV crash Sunday on Good Creek Road in Olney.

The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. Sunday about 13 miles up Good Creek Road.

The Sheriff’s Office identified Daniel Weber, 60, of Columbia Falls, as the man who died in the accident.

Weber was driving a four-wheel ATV that left the roadway and traveled down an embankment. Additional details were not made available. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Olney Fire and Ambulance and the ALERT helicopter also responded to the scene.

The crash is under investigation by the Montana Highway Patrol.
