The park is at 6026 W. Majestic Ave. on the south side of town, near the water tower east of Meyer Road.
Food vendors will be open from noon to 9 p.m. There will be kids games, a juggler, watersides and bounce houses available. The park also has a splash park and playground.
The classic rock band Borgata will perform from 1 to 2:30 pm. The Kelly Hughes Band will play country hits from 6 to 9 p.m.
A 3 p.m., a hot-dog-eating contest will be held and a beer and wine garden will open in the pavilion.
The Napa Auto Parts People's Choice Classic Car Show will be held from noon to 5 p.m.
Hot-dog-eating competitors and car show entrants can pre-register at the Parks and Recreation office.
Barbecue contestants will be cooking ribs and chicken all day and, at 5 p.m., they will turn in their best barbecue for judging. Spots are still available to compete in the non-sanctioned cookoff.
First- through third-place awards will be given and one competitor will be named "Pitmaster" for the best overall score.
