A vehicle window was broken out in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 9:12 a.m.
Officers were unable to locate a dog at large in the area in the area of Sixth and Poplar at 9:51 a.m.
Officers contacted both halves of a verbal dispute in the 100 block of Main Street at 10:10 a.m.; no threats were made.
A dog owner was issued a verbal warning for allowing his dog to run at large in the 500 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:35 a.m.
Report of an accidental 911 activation while trying to get an outside line on N. Third Avenue at 11:24 a.m.
After a report of child neglect on Cedar Street, an officer checked on a young child and advised he was fine at 11:38 a.m.
A cellphone was located on W. Lake Street and returned to its owner at 11:57 a.m.
Report of a 911 pocket dial on Church Street at 12:04 p.m.
A bike was found behind a business in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 12:38 p.m.
A bike was chained up in front of a business in the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 2:04 p.m. It was left there for the time being.
A follow-up report was taken on Main Street at 2:37 p.m.
Officers were unable to locate three unattended children in a vehicle in the 600 block of Larch Street at 3:33 p.m.
Two juveniles were located and transported back to their residence in the 900 block of Spruce Street at 4 p.m.
After a report of a stolen vehicle on Church Street at 4:27 p.m., an officer advised the vehicle was not stolen; a co-owner had it.
An officer assisted the county on a call in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 4:59 p.m.
Officers contacted a female reported to be trespassing in the 5300 block of Samuelson Avenue at 5:12 p.m.; no current trespass order was located.
A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported at Olive Avenue and W. Superior Street at 5:24 p.m.
Officers and Selkirk Fire were unable to locate any smoke or anything burning in the 2500 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 6 p.m.
An officer contacted a subject panhandling in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 8:52 p.m.
Vincent J Belisle, 42, of Tucson, Ariz., was arrested in the 300 block of Railroad Depot Road at 9:45 p.m. on a felony warrant out of Arizona.
An officer contacted a resident in the 400 block of S. Florence after a 911 hang-up call at 11:35 p.m. who advised there was no emergency.

Three subjects were contacted in the 800 block of Hickory Street at 12:03 a.m. and issued verbal warnings for noise.
An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male in the area of the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 1:22 a.m.
An officer located a broken window at a business in the 200 block of Main Street at 1:42 a.m.

Alex S. Hoyle, 26, of Sandpoint was arrested on an outstanding Bonner County warrant in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 4:53 p.m.
Trinity G. Duquette-Dismuke, 37, of Priest River was arrested on an outstanding Bonner County warrant in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 5:11 p.m.
