NAPLES — Vibrant oases of living color, the greenhouses of Moose Valley Farms beckon active and armchair gardeners alike into verdant landscapes.

A family business for many years, Moose Valley offers an array of plants and products, from perennials and annuals to pet supplies, garden art and gifts.

Staffed by Certified Nursery Professionals, Master Gardeners and experienced seasonal gardeners, the store is the go-to place for locals with plant-related questions. Whether it is a problem with insects eating cabbage leaves or deer in the petunias, chances are good that Moose Valley’s knowledgeable staff has solutions, according to marketing information.

The store is open year-round, so home gardeners can find the supplies they need to get their beds ready well in advance of the growing season. During the holidays, shoppers will find Christmas trees and greenery. Pet food, gifts and indoor growing supplies are always available.

“Every single staff member of Moose Valley Farms is a pet lover and owner, so it came naturally for us to start carrying feed and supplies,” said a staff member. “We carry an extensive line of pet food, and supply ... feed needs from lay pellets to goat minerals.”

Equine supplies, swine feed and show supplements round out the feed department.
