Smith Valley Fire Department displays challenge coin

Fire Chief D.C. Haas of the Smith Valley Fire Department with the commemorative plaque they made to display a challenge coin given to him by the sister of Tina DeLong-Griswold who was killed in November of 2009. Haas said he took the coin and the information sheet to Michael’s and had it framed. It is now proudly on display in their community room at the Smith Valley Fire Station.
