Teresa Norene Bazil (Temple), 57
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 8 years, 5 months AGO
Teresa Norene Bazil (Temple), 57, entered into the gates of Heaven in the early morning hours of Nov. 30, 2016, in Post Falls, Idaho, at home with her family by her side. Her courageous spirit and strong will was second to none which allowed her to enjoy one last early Christmas with her family. She was born in Alva, Okla., on Sept. 30, 1959, to Darrell and Phyllis Temple.
She moved to the Portland, Ore., area with her family where she lived for many of her younger years. While she was there, she met Stephen Jerald, whom she married in 1977 and had three children with. Her and her family eventually moved to Post Falls in the early 1990s for a fresh start. In the late 1990s, she moved to Newton, Kan., to be closer to her parents, which is where she met David Bazil, whom she married in 2008.
She enjoyed the simple things in life, including spending time with family and friends, swinging on swings and stargazing. She loved butterflies, the San Francisco 49ers and walking anywhere her bare feet could take her. She made friends anywhere she went. She had a gift for gab and a big heart for everyone.
Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, son Brandon Jerald and brother Darrell Dean Temple. She is survived by her husband, David Bazil (who passed a short four days later); daughter Jamie Jerald; son Randall Jerald; six grandchildren; brother George Temple; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
God needed her more than we did, and we will miss her every day until we meet her again.
