Late Anderson-Dolan goal sends Chiefs past Seattle

KENT, Wash. — Jaret Anderson-Dolan scored the go-ahead goal midway through the third period, and the Spokane Chiefs beat the Seattle Thunderbirds 3-1 in Western Hockey League play at the ShoWare Center on Tuesday.
After a scoreless first period, Seattle opened the scoring 1:32 into the second. Ethan McIndoe tied it with 9:38 remaining in the second period.
Keanu Yamamoto, with an assist on Anderson-Dolan’s goal, extended his scoring streak to 13 games, the longest by a Chief this season.
Kailer Yamamoto capped the scoring with an empty netter with one second remaining for Spokane (14-12-5-1, 34 points), which hosts Prince George on Saturday night at 7:05.
