Press Christmas for All needs you
Donations are down.
Time is almost up.
Panic? Not a chance.
As of Thursday, Press Christmas for All had raised just two-thirds of its $185,000 goal. That included $10,000 from the program’s largest donor, Anonymous in Athol, and an unexpectedly generous $7,500 from the team at Trindera Engineering. Several large, traditional donors had not been heard from as the final hours of the 2016 campaign were winding down.
But this is the season of miracles, so Press Christmas for All volunteers remain enthusiastically hopeful some of Kootenai County’s greatest champions for the needy are simply saving the best for last.
That means today.
The Coeur d’Alene Press will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today for donations to be dropped off at the front desk, 215 N. Second St. in downtown Coeur d’Alene. Donations by credit card can be made by calling The Press at (208) 664-8176. All donations are tax-deductible.
If you’ve got a little miracle up your sleeve, please share it today. Press Christmas for All is assisting more than 7,300 Kootenai County residents this holiday season. Your donation of any size will help.
