Libby Greenchain wins against Bonners Ferry

Buddy Doolin (103), Dylan Yeadon (113), Trey Thompson (126), Reed Christensen (132) and Tim Carvey (152) all posted pins to guide Libby to a nonconference dual win over Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Sweedman, 182, and Gout, 205, each won by forfeits. Doolin pinned Ben Tadlock of Bonners Ferry in 35 seconds. Yeadon, 113, pinned his opponent, Tyler Beazer in 50 seconds. Sams, 120, defeated Ken Branson in a tech fall for 17-2. Christensen pinned Bonners’ Slater Copley in 4:40. Carvey, 152, pinned Jessie Bradley in 26 seconds.

Michael Diller, 138 of Libby, was pinned by his opponent, Mason Eby in 1:32, and Tanner Wood lost in a major decision against Jesse Sandelin for 16-5.

The Libby Greenchain is fourth overall so far in the wrestling season.

Buddy Doolin is in second place in the 103 weight-bracket.

Dillon Yeadon, weighing in at 113, is sixth in his weight class.

Weighing in at 132, Reed Christensen came in at fifth for his weight.

Lane Young is in fifth place also in the 138 bracket.

Clancy Gout, 205, is currently in fourth.
