Applications being accepted for Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee

The Department of Justice is seeking a representative of the commercial motor carrier industry and a representative of the Montana Highway Patrol for the Tow Truck Compliant Resolution Committee.
The committee examines and resolves complaints involving tow truck issues. The committee includes six representatives: two members from the tow truck industry, one member from the commercial motor carrier industry, one member from the insurance industry, one member from the public and one member from the Montana Highway Patrol. The term of membership on the committee is for three years.

Letters of application should include the applicant’s name, address, and any qualifications they believe would help them in their service on the committee. The application deadline is Jan. 15, 2017.
