Pedestrian Underpass

Construction crews on Thursday work to connect thirty-five 12-by-15-foot structural cubes that will become a pedestrian underpass near Glacier High School in Kalispell. Each concrete piece weighs 52,000 pounds. The tunnel eventually will be part of a paved walking trail that is part of the U.S. 93 bypass project.
