PLAINS – In their final game of the regular season, the Horsemen claimed a decisive victory against the Two Eagle Eagles.

The game started out very close with both teams keeping close. Their defenses were evenly matched as the first quarter closed with a tied three-point game. In the second quarter, though, Plains exploded past the Two Eagle defenses and into a strong lead. Meanwhile, the Eagles were kept from advancing, closing the first half with a score of 36-12.

The second half had the Horsemen increase their lead. Their offense continued to break through Two Eagle’s defense as they kept the Eagles from reaching the basket. In the third quarter, the Horsemen came away with a score of 54-20. During the final quarter, the Plains boys completely overwhelmed Two Eagle’s players, leading to a shit out quarter as they gained another 11 points.

The Horsemen were led by Trent Brouillette and Ryan Ovitt with 14 and 12 points respectively.
