A Peregrine Lane resident called the Whitefish Police Department because someone had left a mountain bike parked in his driveway. Officers picked up the bike.

A Waverly Place resident called to report their car had been egged overnight. No damage was done, but the car owner wanted to file a report for informational purposes anyway.

An employee of a U.S. 93 South business called because there was a woman sleeping in a vehicle in the parking lot. Officers found the woman in question and asked her to move along.

A caller on Armory Road called to report an iPod had been stolen out of an unlocked vehicle.

A Dakota Avenue resident called to speak with an officer about an allegedly verbally abusive landlord.

Someone walking on Armory Road found a wallet and turned it into police. Officers left a message for the owner to come pick it up at the police department.

A Colorado Avenue resident called to report a found puppy. The caller wanted to give police their contact information in case the dog’s owner called in for help.

A woman on Baker Avenue called to report her roommate was having a seizure, and then that he was getting violent. The roommate in question then took the phone to let dispatch know he wasn’t having a seizure, and that the woman had started attacking him when he was trying to take a nap. After several more phone calls and officer intervention, the pair separated for the night.

A driver called to report an injured deer on Wisconsin Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the animal.

A Baker Avenue resident called when someone allegedly drove up and threw a rock at the house.

A Nucleus Avenue resident called the Columbia Falls Police Department to report that his daughter’s skateboard had been stolen from a vehicle in Columbia Falls recently, and that they had located the item at a Kalispell pawn shop.

Officers responded to reports of a man at a Ninth Street West business who had been “hunched over the table” for more than an hour. Employees had reportedly been unable to wake him. Officers were able to wake him up.

A Third Avenue East North resident called to report a small dog at a neighborhood house that was chasing kids as they would walk by. Officers spoke with the dog’s owners.

A driver on Ninth Street West called about a possible DUI in progress, reporting that the vehicle in question had been flashing lights at other drivers, swerving and at one point was driving in the oncoming traffic lane. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

An employee at a Ninth Street West business called to report a suspicious noise in the basement. Officers were unable to find anything amiss.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a flooding problem on College Avenue.
