HOT SPRINGS – The Lady Savage Heat were eliminated, Friday, after playing two tournament games against Arlee and Two Eagle River.

Thursday, the Lady Savage Heat took on the Lady Scarletts of Arlee. The girls played a hard game, but Arlee’s defense was too strong for them to overcome. The game closed with a final score of 19-69 to Arlee, sending Hot Springs into an elimination round the next day.

On Friday, they played against Two Eagle River. The game was close and the girls played a strong game as they pushed to stay in the tournament. The girls kept up to the Lady Eagles and they almost matched them in scores. Two Eagle was just strong enough to keep the Hot Springs team back, though, and the game closed with a score of 39-46 to Two Eagle River.

The Lady Savage Heat were eliminated from the tournament, closing their season.
