SANDPOINT — A Bonner County man accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with an underage girl was ordered Thursday to serve up to 10 years in prison.
Adam Michael Pugh will have to serve at least three years in prison before he can be considered for parole, according to the terms of the sentence imposed by 1st District Judge Barbara Buchanan.
Pugh, 33, was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious conduct and seven counts of child pornography possession for allegedly documenting sex acts with the girl and his former wife, who came to be similarly charged following a Bonner County Sheriff’s Office investigation. Pugh was accused of engaging in lewd conduct with the girl from 2009 to 2013, when she was between the ages of 12 and 16, according to charging documents.
