SANDPOINT — A Hope man accused of lewd and lascivious conduct in Bonner and Kootenai counties entered into a plea agreement Monday to resolve his cases, 1st District Court records show.

Gregory Clark Miller was charged with two counts in Bonner County and one count in Kootenai County. Under the terms of a pretrial settlement agreement, the two local counts are being combined into a single count to which Miller is pleading guilty. In exchange for the plea, the Kootenai County case is being dismissed and Bonner County Prosecutor Louis Marshall has agreed to pursue further “viable” charges against Miller.
