Theresa Ann Quitt, 49, passed away Jan. 3, 2016, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was born Dec. 25, 1966, in Lewiston, Idaho, to Fred Nichols and Dorothy Thompson. Theresa moved to the Kootenai area with her parents and siblings when she was 6 years old. She married Richard G. Quitt on May 1, 2012, in Coeur d’Alene. Theresa worked in the home health care field. In her free time between being a hard worker, a wife and a grandmother of 10, Theresa loved to play golf.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Richard Quitt; her daughters, Patricia Harvey, Dorothy Pena and Rebecca Kemmerer; her stepdaughter, Kendra Quitt; her father, Fred Nichols; her siblings, Russell Stebbits, Laura Johnston, Pamela Printz and Fred Nichols; as well as numerous grandchildren.

Theresa is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Thompson.

A family memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls. A public visitation will be held following the service from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. also at English Funeral Chapel. Theresa will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls at 1 p.m.
