Burrell named Volunteer of the Year

Cathy Burrell was presented with the 2015 Kootenai Kiwanis Volunteer of the Year Award for her dedication to the Koats-4-Kids Program and the Libby Community.

She was presented the award by Kootenai Kiwanis president Pam Peppenger Dec. 22, 2015, in the Fireside Room at the Venture Inn in Libby.
