After an impressive win against Eureka Friday, the Trojans traveled to Mission for a Saturday battle against the Bulldogs. The Trojans emerged victorious, 67-46.

Troy senior Sean Opland had another impressive outing, scoring 14 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Dillon Savage and Trinity Rice chipped in 10 points each. Tucker Winn added nine and Cody Johnston and Mason Chapel each knocked down seven.

Head coach Jerry Mee credited the win to solid teamwork and versatility in overcoming some early foul trouble.

“This game was a total team effort,” he said. “All players scored and contributed on the defensive end. We had players playing different positions due to foul problems and they came through.”
