A property management company aligned with a Kootenai County gun holster manufacturer plans to transform the Post Falls Outlet Mall property.

Tedder Properties announced Friday that it purchased the largely vacant outlet mall property Dec. 28.

The property consists of two large buildings comprising roughly 180,000 square feet. The entire building south of West Riverbend Avenue is already leased to Tedder Industries, the manufacturing company. The larger north building adjacent to Interstate 90 will be leased out to new tenants.

Tedder issued a press release stating the company's goal is to make the location appealing and attractive to prospective businesses, and the property will be managed on location.
