The Montana State University 2015 fall semester honor roll included students from North Idaho.

There are two MSU honor roll lists — the President’s and the Dean’s Honor Roll. Students must complete 12 credit hours to qualify for either list.

Students with perfect 4.0 grade point averages for the semester were named to the President’s Honor Roll. An asterisk (*) follows the names of the students named to the MSU President’s Honor Roll in the listing below.

The Dean’s Honor Roll includes the students earning grade point averages of 3.5 or above for the semester.

North Idaho students listed on MSU’s President’s or Dean’s Honor Rolls were:

Coeur d’Alene: Gabrielle Lewis, Christopher Major, Chance Raver*, Ryan Swallow*

MILITARY

U.S. Air Force Airman Austin S. Arndt graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Arndt is the son of Mitchell Arndt of Orlando, Fla., and Rachel Lafollette of Rathdrum; brother of Jeremy Tijerina of Ponte Vedra, Fla.; and grandson of Jack Arndt of Erie, Pa.

He is a 2015 graduate of Lakeland Senior High School in Rathdrum.
