SANDPOINT — An Oldtown man was ordered Wednesday to stand trial for forcible rape.

Jax Jale Baker Jr. is scheduled to be arraigned in 1st District Court on Feb. 16. He is free on his own recognizance while the case is pending, court records show.

Baker, 19, is charged with raping the alleged victim at a residence in Oldtown on June 30, 2015.

The alleged victim, whose age is not listed in court records, testified during a preliminary hearing that she was in an online relationship with Baker and later agreed to meet him at the residence, court records indicate.
