Hanna joins Keller Williams Cd’A
Kim Hanna, a real estate sales professional in Coeur d’Alene has joined the Keller Williams Coeur d’Alene Market Center.
Hanna previously worked for Pioneer Title as its marketing director. After a year of doing this and raising Pioneer to No. 1 in the Coeur d’ Alene market, he went on work as a mortgage consultant for Norwest Mortgage. In 1998, Hanna went to work for Mountain West Bank as a mortgage consultant and was there for 16 years. He then joined Wells Fargo as a private mortgage banker. In February 2016, Hanna decided to return to what he enjoyed the most which is marketing and selling real estate.

Genter earns SRES designation
Joan Genter with Windermere/CDA Realty was recently awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation by the National Association of Realtors.
To earn the SRES, Genter was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers 55 and older.
Genter also holds the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, a nationally recognized professional real estate designation showing a high level of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation. Genter can be reached at (208) 777-9900.
Lunde joins Hope Realty
Denine K. Lunde has joined Hope Realty. She is in her 10th year in the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Lunde was a paralegal in California. She holds degrees in business and criminal justice, and has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business. The mother of four grown children, she is married to Kevin.
