The first skills camp is scheduled to run July 11-14 and will have two options: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. or 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Offensive skills are the focal point for this camp.

The day camp will run July 18-21 and meet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The all encompassing day camp will cover all skills and have team play divided by grade level.

Big Bend women’s basketball head coach Preston Wilks is the camp director. Also, former Big Bend star, and Soap Lake native, Alli Winters will serve as assistant camp director. Winters wrapped up her playing career at Westminster College in 2015.

Held at the DeVries Activity Center, campers are divided by age and skill level.

More, features of the camp include: instruction from collegiate coaches and players, daily games and contests, written player evaluations, special awards, camp t-shirt and treasure bag.

The skills camp costs $50, while tuition for the day camp is $115.
