No one was injured in a helicopter crash near the Yellow Bay area over the weekend, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

A commercial helicopter ran into a power line about 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sheriff Don Bell said. The pilot was able to find a way to “maneuver the aircraft down” after hitting the line.

According to a press release, only the pilot was in the aircraft at the time of the crash.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident. More information will be released as the investigation proceeds.
