Kenneth E. Walton, Sr., 53, our beloved father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle passed away in his sleep of natural causes on Monday, July 4, 2016. He was born April 25, 1963 in Huron, S.D. to Kelsy and Marjorie (Petersen) Walton. Ken’s entire life was devoted to his family. He was a gentle and caring man who was grandpa and father to his grandsons. Ken’s thoughts were for others before himself. He leaves behind his children Julia Paige Walton and Merceades Walton both of Libby; Fawn Adams of Spokane, Wash.; his mother Marjorie Walton of Tenn.; his grandsons Evan and Brodie Walton; his sister Sandy Blackwell of Richland, Wash.; and his brothers Leigh, Maurice, Frank, Jerry and Bob Walton. He was preceded in death by his father, Kelsy Walton; his son Kenneth Walton, Jr; and two older brothers, Earl and James.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on July 30 at Christ Lutheran Church in Libby. A funeral expense account has been set up for donations for the family and can be mailed to Yakima Federal Savings & Loan, Sandy Blackwell, P.O. Box 1010, Richland, Wash., 99352.
