A man got a rude awakening when he was allegedly woken up by his girlfriend punching him in the face. The man told Kalispell Police Department he thought he made a mistake.

Someone on North Main Street had enough of people yelling “Jesus Saves” on a nightly basis and called to ask if they could be moved along or quieted down. Alas, the people had purchased a permit to be bombastic.

A Second Avenue West North resident said a “very confused” older man stumbled into his house, was bleeding from his arm and knee and talking about his daughter dying. The man turned out to be “highly intoxicated.”

Someone thought an unresponsive, snoring woman sitting in a chair slumped over a table on Second Avenue West needed CPR, but couldn’t get her to budge. It turned out she was passed out, but breathing.

An apartment dweller on Appleway Drive was not expecting company and was afraid when a man allegedly pounded on his or her door stating he was lost and “needs in.”

Two men were asked to leave a Montana 35 business after allegedly stealing an employee’s meal. The people reportedly began yelling and threatening customers. One of the men then allegedly took off his shirt and attempted to start a fight. The men were moved along.

Someone on Liberty Street and Hawthorn Avenue reported a pickup truck speeding through a stop sign at 90 mph.

About eight to 10 juveniles who were walking, biking and skateboarding raised the suspicions of someone on Sylvan Court who thought they were checking out vehicles in the area. Once again, it turned out to be a group of “Pokémon Go” players.

A woman was reportedly cutting herself and screaming that a man did it to her on Third Avenue West. Both the man and woman had been drinking.

An employee on Whitefish Stage reported that a glass door to the building had been smashed.

A woman on Harrison Boulevard said her estranged husband threatened to move himself, his girlfriend and her children into the woman’s home.

A thrift store worker on Flathead Avenue said someone donated a gun but they didn’t want it and dropped it off at Whitefish Police Department.

A caller said a man allegedly wearing a bra and panties on Dakota Avenue was in a garage with the door open. The person making the report said he or she had small children and wanted to know if this was indecent exposure. The man was counseled on his behavior.

An employee on Central Avenue said a man who seemed “strange and awkward” was asking the employee about men being arrested more often then women.

A Waverly Place resident said he or she heard a woman screaming for help and a man yelling and heard “beating” sounds. The woman reportedly ran outside and said she was hit in the face. The man continued yelling and was allegedly assaulting other family members.

A man fell out of the back of a truck, lacerating his head on U.S. 93 South.
