Jo Gerrior, a real estate sales professional in Coeur d’Alene, has joined the Keller Williams Coeur d’Alene Market Center.
Gerrior, an Army veteran and military spouse, has traveled all over the U.S. and abroad but calls North Idaho home.
She has two children and is married to Damien.
Gerrior is also an artist and often has her work featured in downtown galleries and restaurants in Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane.

Empire Airlines, Inc. announced Pete Broschet will be joining the company as director of human resources effective Aug. 1.
Broschet is an experienced and accomplished HR professional having graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor of arts in business administration, human resource management — also having received his certification as a PHR.
Broschet comes to Empire from International Aerospace Coatings in Spokane where he was director of human resources for the company’s U.S. operations. Prior to that, Broschet was vice president of HR for Jensen Distribution Services in Spokane and prior to that provided HR consulting services in the health care field.
Broschet will have responsibility for all aspects of Empire’s HR function and will report to Scott Marikis, Empire’s vice president and chief operating officer.
The Idaho Virtual Academy welcomed three new board members: Rep. Jeff Thompson, Laura Sankovich, and Bjorn Handeen.
IDVA is a full-time, tuition free, online public school serving students in grades K-12 throughout the state of Idaho.
Handeen is a licensed real estate agent with Lakeshore Realty. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis. Handeen and his wife, Holly, have three children, one of whom is school-aged and attends Idaho Virtual Academy.
Handeen’s term expires July 2017.
Laura Sankovich has an education background, currently serving as lead faculty/mentor to current and new part-time faculty at Capella University. Additionally she is the owner and lead consultant of The Human Resource, a consultant service specializing in organizational development and design, policy development, employment law, and strategic leadership. Sankovich’s term expires July 2018.
Thompson serves as state representative for the people of Idaho Falls.
Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty announced the addition of three sales associates to its Coeur d’Alene office: Brittany Stockstill, Andy Prussner and Jenn McGuire.
Stockstill joins Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty after spending the past 13 years in human resources, primarily in the health care industry.
